Fine filter; more delivery options

The filter is good but I would like to have had the option to ship it USPS, not UPS. WHY? USPS delivers every day and should be used for small packages instead of sending it by an on demand delivery system like UPS, FedEx, etc.

Heat retention underperformance and too much plastic

Does not keep coffeee hot as long as I expected. Finding large amount of plastic in the plunger’s construction is disheartening.

Never came. Free shipping was $15.

I got the extra filter but not my French press. I guess I’ll have to waste a bunch of my time disputing the purchase with my card.

Coffee grinds in the coffee

I had hopes of brewing a cup of coffee without residue grinds in my coffee but that is not meant to be. Sometimes I get as much as 1/2 a teaspoon. For a coffee maker this expensive, it should live up to its promise.
