Order Cancellation and Return Policy

ESPRO allows 30 days for the return of unused products, based on the date the item was originally received by the customer. We offer refunds or replacements of unused merchandise less any associated shipping charges. 

To return an item:

  1. Please contact ESPRO Customer Service via PH: 800-684-8269 or Email: service@espro.com to receive a Return Authorization number.
  2. You can use the original box you received your ESPRO product in, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  3. Attach your new return label to the shipping box. Please use a traceable carrier and retain the tracking number for your records. ESPRO is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Once your return is received it will be inspected after which a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Warranty FAQ's

If you are not satisfied with an ESPRO® product when you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform over time, you may return it to your local representative for a repair, replacement, or refund.

We do not cover unauthorized resellers (any seller other than direct from ESPRO (DKK Enterprises), so we hope you can support our business and buy directly from us! The warranty covers all purchases sold and shipped by ESPRO, that includes:

Basic wear and tear, or damage due to improper use, is not covered by any of our warranties. Damage due to improper use, lack of cleaning, or wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

ESPRO products are professionally crafted and should be handled with care:

  • HOT: Contents are hot. Handle with care and keep away from children.
  • BURNS: Always use coarse-ground coffee. Never use for matcha tea or Turkish coffee. Always start with clean filters. Always stir before pressing. Don’t press too fast or with more than 10lb/5kg of force. Pressing too hard may cause hot liquid to burn you.
  • SAFETY: Do not place on a stove or campfire, or in a microwave.
  • CLEANING: Separate and clean filters inside and out after each use. Hand wash inside and out with a bottle brush or sponge. All parts are dishwasher safe on the top rack. Deep Clean your ESPRO Press monthly: Deep Clean
  • ACCESSORIES & PARTS: paper filters (for the flavor of pour-over style coffee), extra coffee filters, and optional tea filters are all available for your ESPRO press. Filters and seals may also wear out over time. For accessories or replacement parts, please visit our Brew Accessories.

Only products purchased in a new condition are covered by the ESPRO Warranty. If the item was re-sold, or sold as an “Open box” product or “used” then it is not covered under warranty. If you bought it used or refurbished from Amazon Renewed, they have a 90-day warranty on it and you can call them up directly so they can take care of you.

If you received the product as a gift or lost the receipt, just email us at service@espro.com with a photo of the defective item and your address, and/or the full name of the person who gifted it to you. We will attempt to locate the order for your warranty.
