Best “French press” I’ve ever had!

There is zero “mud” in the bottom of my mug after a pour now! Totally worth it just for that! This thing is so easy to clean and performs like a well oiled machine! I also have my own personal burr grinder to get the grind just right. A perfect match! The flavor that is produced is so good!

First time French press

Still trying to find the right measurements and the right coffee beans for my taste. The first few pots are a great improvement from my drip maker. The only drawback is the cleaning up. Seems like extra work but that’s The price you pay for a better cup of coffee.

Dishonest company

When I came near the end of my online order, it would not accept the discount code. Other companies do this, too. It is dishonest. I did not complete the order because I don't work with dishonest businesses. There was no confirmation email. They charged without legal consent, AS I DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. I believe this is a federal offense. The product suddenly arrived with only a message from the carrier the day before. There was no chance to stop it. 1st they claimed they had no contact information or record of the order and it was never charged. Then they wanted my information so they could credit the charge. They keep changing the story because I said I would file charges for charging my credit card without my permission.
In addition to all of this, they do not disclose in the description that some parts are plastic, and hot water on plastic means microplastic exposure when one uses the product. They only say it is made of glass, ie lying by omission. Companies like this assume customers won't bother returning or complaining. I do my part because online businesses have turned us into a nation, a world of liars and I think they should be held accountable. Do not deal with this company.
