I've bought a couple French presses before, but I've never been happy with the filtration, the size, or the quality. The Espro p5 has a nice solid quality to it, the double filter system gives zero grit in my coffee, and it simple to use. I love making cold brew or hot coffee with it!

I just purchased it from Amazon and love it so far. does anyone know the measurements ? how many grams of coffee to put in for minimum or maximum water line? I wish the Manu has measurment instructions

It really is worth it

I do wish the P1 came in a 16oz, but that's it, that's the only con...every thing else is pro. Going to the office, toss it in your bag, it's not going to leak a drop..or even better just keep a kettle at work...I even take this on morning bike rides. I'll just drop it in a panier or I've bungee'd it to my rear rack...I do use the filter if I know it's going to take a beating, but I've done 10 tow path miles, stopped, coffee was still hot, grinds where they were supposed to be...NOT in my coffee...jumped back on the bike and headed home, fully caffeinated, the way or lord and Saviour, Cthulhu intended......normally I would stop and grab a coffee at the half way point, also being suckered into a pastry, so 4-5 trips, and it's paid for itself, not to mention the calories avoided ;-)...great product, great customer service...yeah...just buy one...sure it's silly and bougie to have a portable press...but hey, there are ppl spending this much 3-5 times weekly in craft brew beer, but instead you can be having caffeine fueled adventures at a tiny fraction of the cost...no handle bar mustache needed ...okay, maybe you can keep the stache 🥸...yeah, keep the stache.

Very nice, very good product but Too big and wasteful

It makes way better coffee than a regular press. All the benefits of paper filter French press without the hassle. I do feel a smaller single serve would be better. And the deep cup means you end up pouring out quite a lot of coffee that stays in where the grinds are
