Product great, website not so much

Have always used Espro products, they are second to none. Your website needs work. Free shipping offer was not honored on purchase, had to call customer service to get it. Yesterday I tried to order a gift for friend and the offer code that came with the email was invalid? Very frustrating and will keep me from using the website in the future.
